At The Sacred Arrival, I believe that each and every birth is a sacred journey, a moment where strength, love, and transformation connect. However, birth should not be where the growth ends.  Care should be continuous from pregnancy through parenthood. As a certified doula, childbirth educator and parent education specialist, I'm honored to walk beside families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenthood, offering gentle guidance, emotional support, and practical care.

My role is to help you feel safe, informed, and deeply supported, whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, learning the flow of newborn care, or parenting your toddler. Through calm presence, evidence-based education, and heart felt compassion, I hold space for families to slow down, connect, and embrace the beauty of this new beginning.
